Our products are made to order. Manufactured and finished by hand. This causes variations in size shape, colour and patina.

Each piece of iron for instance has a different surface structure and tools may cause scratches inherent to the manufacturing process.

Hot rolled steel is finished with an oil or wax product that gives the bare steel a moderate protection against oxidation whilst it saves the materials natural appearance.

Placed outside or in a moist environment will cause the products to rust.

Drinks placed on these surfaces will give rings. Coasters may prevent this from happening.

Cleaning with a damp cloth. Never use aggressive cleaning agents.

Should minor rust appear anyhow, remove by rubbing gently with very fine steel wool. Then apply canuba wax again to re-seal.

Shipping and returns.

All our products are made to order. Approximate manufacturing time is between 6 and 8 weeks after order.

Standard products can be returned if unused. We offer 75% refund. Restocking will be 25%. This is excluding damages, shipping, packaging and handling costs.

Our products are checked before shipping.

Damages upon arrival caused by shipping must be reported within a week after arrival.

Depending on this and the nature of the damage, replacement or compensation will be  discussed.

Custom products can not be returned or refunded.
